Isn't this momma just eye-candy!!??? And I have so much more to share of her and her beautiful family soon!!! I am getting pretty anxious! The website is coming together, and then I will be like, "Adios blogger!!" Needless to say I am pretty excited. I put together a pinterest board together for my logo you can view HERE. Branding is so much fun, and if it were another reality... I'd probably be a graphic designer. I am so excited to see what logo my designer comes up with....And you are going to love who I have chosen to be the lucky lady!!!!!! There's just a whole lot of anticipation....this weather needs to chill out! Getting excited for family photo season!!!

I got so many great shots of this family. It was hard to choose which ones to showcase on this here bloggy thing of mine. Kim and Jared talked to each other for the first time while hanging Christmas lights on the temple grounds. I was only fitting that we go back for some family photos all these years later. Their children were so good! And that Colter...he's quite the child model. I fully expect to see him on a Crewcuts ad sometime in the near future.
I love working with young families. Especially ones with beautiful children who are so full of life. Maybe it is because I feel I totally relate. Kids, responsibilities, work, marriage, life, etc... It gets busy and crazy, (not to mention hard!) but there is always that time for family photos when you get to take a small break, look at where you are at, and say, "Here! Look at this life we are creating...this beautiful family of ours!" and these guys have done just that.
Moral of the story: you just never know where flirting at the temple might take you.

A few weeks back I had the opportunity to do a MENTORshop with the sweetest Michelle Herrick. She is an incredible photographer, and I was so fortunate to be able to pick her mind for a few hours. She gave me some amazing advice, confidence boosters, and critiques I have really taken to heart. I have gained a brighter vision, and I am really hopeful and excited for what the future has in store. I really love this photography stuff. ( Remind me someday to share the story of how I got started ) and I love that with every time I pick up my camera, I have the opportunity to create something that did not exist before.
We worked with this beautiful couple, Jessica and Aaron. I had never been a second shooter before, and I was quite nervous shooting with such a talented professional, but those two made it so much fun. Ok, and they made it way too easy! I'm super excited for this cute couple to tie the knot!! I swear, the best people always marry the best people, and this is no exception. Wishing them many years of happiness!

Miss Aubrey was a dear friend of mine in high school. She met her sweet husband while serving a LDS mission in Oregon, but it wasn't until he got home that they got together. I got to shoot their reception last year, and they are just a match made in heaven. When Aubrey asked me to shoot some anniversary pictures I got super excited. She is the sweetest, and most beautiful person inside and out. Tyler is such a goof, and never fails to make that girl laugh. I loved working with these two, and I can't believe it has been a whole year already!? Crazy.
Congrats you two. It just gets better. I promise.
